SEC 83RD AVENUE & OLIVE AVENUE
14 -ACRE RETAIL CENTER
PEORIA, ARIZONA
This new development planned for a 14 - acre retail center consisting of an anchor, pads and shops is scheduled to break ground in late 2009. This project is located 1 mile from the Loop 101 and Olive Avenue Interchange. Surrounding the site will be the 120 + acre City of Peoria Municipal Park. The trade area has great potential for retail growth with a Planned Super Wal-Mart located 1.5 miles north of the site and is located 3 miles from the NHL Phoenix Coyotes Hockey Arena and NFL Arizona Cardinals Stadium Complex. The immediate trade area is growing and is underserved by retailers.

 

COLDWATER SPRINGS PROMENADE
SWC 115th AVENUE AND VAN BUREN
AVONDALE, ARIZONA
The first phase of this 20-acre retail and office center opened in late 2008 and is anchored by Staples and Fresh and Easy. The project is located 1/4 mile from the I-10 & Avondale Blvd. interchange and is on the true “going home corner” off the I-10 freeway. The trade area has incredible housing growth as well as multiple existing and planned employment centers. Located across the street from this site is the City of Avondale Municipal City Center and office Complex. Additional tenants in the development include M&I Bank, Jack in the Box and Panda Express.

 

ESTRELLA TOWN CENTER
NWC OF 75TH AVENUE AND LOWER BUCKEYE ROAD
PHOENIX, ARIZONA
The first two phases of this 30-acre center consisting of mini-majors, pads, and shops are complete and open. The development is planned for two phases, to be completed by the end of 2007. The trade area is a mix of very high density residences and a healthy employment base. The dynamics of the trade area have proven to generate interest from national retailers and restaurants. The site is situated on the "double going home" corner, across the street from a newly constructed Wal-Mart Super Center and adjacent to the Headquarters of Swift Transportation.
